Terra.Sapo is a trading name of Find Your Zen Ltd.
 
We want you to love what you receive. Because our products are handmade and fall under cosmetic goods exemptions, we cannot accept returns for personal preference.

When we will offer a full refund or replacement

Your item arrives damaged in transit. Your order is incorrect. There is a genuine fault with the product.

How to request a refund

Contact us at yema@terrasapo.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photograph of the issue. We will respond within 3 working days.

We do not refund postage costs unless the fault is ours.

Digital products and courses

For digital products or courses purchased through Find Your Zen Ltd, separate terms apply and will be stated clearly at point of purchase.
